Asked Questions

Because kids and adults learn to ski or snowboard differently, we recommend taking separate lessons – but we can run them at the same time so you all start and end together!

We recommend booking a week before your desired lesson to ensure you secure your date, time and preferred instructor. At the very latest we require booking the night before. 

We offer private lessons for under 5s in both skiing and snowboarding. Under 5s Lessons are available daily - we recommend booking in advance, but last minute spots may be available. Pop in and see us in the Childcare Centre, call +64 3419 9134 or email skikindy.bookings@cardrona.com to check availability.

Premium Experience Private Lessons are for two people minimum, whereas Premium Family Private Lessons are for four people minimum.

Private lesson bookings can be rescheduled or refunded at no charge with more than 24 hours notice.

There will be a 50% charge for private lesson bookings that are cancelled between 2 and 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.   

No refunds will be given if the private lesson booking is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time or in a “no-show” situation.
