What is All In?

Cardrona and Treble Cone are committed to supporting, giving exposure to, and equitably representing all communities of the mountain, creating an inclusive environment for all.

What started with our commitment to equitable gender representation in our media, along with our 2022 documentary All In, has grown to become an all-encompassing continuous support and encouragement for all communities. In Winter 2023, we added All In as a pillar of the Cardrona Foundation, which has enabled us to fundraise to support and represent different communities.

What we’re doing now

• We hold ourselves accountable for the equitable representation of women in our marketing media and challenge others to do the same.

• Running an annual women's event, 'Ngā Wāhine ō te Maunga' (Women of the Mountain), to develop skiing or snowboarding in a supportive environment.

• Running adaptive programmes, supporting people with physical, sensory and cognitive impairment and offering discounted passes and lessons to adaptive guests.

• Proud to be the home of the NZ para-alpine Snowsports team and hosting the Special Olympics races at Cardrona.

• Gold supporters of the pride pledge, hosting Winter Pride events and ensuring we hold rainbow training for our teams.

• Providing mountain experiences for children who would otherwise not be able to experience the snow through the Ride Tamariki Programme.
